Am I The Worst HOPE Person Around? I hope not — and I will try to do more!

Monday, May 31st, 2010

Every day, I think of dozens of ways I could spread the Hope Is In The Cards message more.

But then I don’t do them.

I get distracted by work, by bills, by helping someone else.

I am going to really, really try to get better at practicing what I preach. June — let this be the biggest month of HOPE so far!

If you do something to spread HOPE, please let me know. Send a message to info@hopeisinthecards.org!

Amazing Support at the National Stationery Show!

Monday, May 17th, 2010

HOPE is abuzz at this year’s awesome National Stationery Show in NYC.

Thanks to show management, HOPE got a huge push with these incredible signs throughout the event.

These 8 foot high signs were set around the National Stationery Show and provided information to retailers about all that's going on with HOPE IS IN THE CARDS!

Plus, we made great presentations to the Greeting Card Association leadership, retailers and media. All in all, an AMAZING show of support and optimism. THANK YOU everyone!

Bring the WALL OF HOPE to your community!

Saturday, May 15th, 2010

Hope Is In The Cards has created a super easy kit so anyone can create and display a WALL OF HOPE in their area.

WALL of HOPE filled with cards

The kit shows how to build (or order) a Wall, how to set it up, how to maximize the success of the event, and includes publicity ideas, photos and more.

In less than two hours, people took all the cards from the WALL and sent them around the word -- spreading HOPE everywhere!

Hope On The Verge….

Friday, May 14th, 2010

Well, the best laid plans…..

I’m NOT at the Stationery Show and it’s breaking my heart. There are so many incredible friends and supporters of Hope and it’s where I truly get invigorated and recharged in my passion for this project.

BUT…..i made a difficult decision to cancel my plans at the last minute because there is a wonderful opportunity for HOPE that I just felt I needed to work on.

That’s what I’m doing now! Fingers crossed for exciting news…..
