OMG and THANKS to Peter Shankman!!

Look at the incredible post Peter Shankman just put up on his HARO site:

OMG I love this!! This HARO is thanks to Hope is in the Cards, a
grassroots effort to generate 300 million upbeat messages
throughout our country. The idea is simple – get everyone in
America to mail one positive card or letter to someone else, right
now. How cool is that? Check out http://HopeIsInTheCards.org, but
even easier? Send a positive card or letter to someone today, or
write the word HOPE on the back of anything you mail. This is
probably one of the most wonderful things I’ve ever heard. Tweet it
out, they’re at http://twitter.com/hopeinthecards – It deserves it!

How can you thank someone for such good words? It is so humbling and wonderful!

    She’s right.

I love this project. So cool that people are responding to this.

I have a similar but small & personal project to get folks to send cards to a man who has terminal liver disease. His birthday is Jun 7. Here is the website I set up for that porpose.

I hope some readers will respond to this as well.
It is heart warming to meet folks with similar minds…
    Continue giving HOPE!

  4. I find you by reading HARO! I just wanted to give a shout out and say hello. Cards have blessed me and have allowed me to be a blessing to others.

Hope is one of my most favorite words of the English language – I think we need to spread hope where ever we go. Hooray for this project!

Let me know where you buy the stamp and I’ll share that shop with everyone. I use one too and it makes sending mail a cause to smile!
